Blayer is operated by Tom Zion, Yoval Sharbi, Nadav Madlal, and Sharon Elalof ("Blayer", "we", "us"). By using Blayer you agree to these terms.
Blayer is a service that helps climbers find and coordinate with climbing partners. We provide the platform; we are not a party to any climbing session you arrange, and we do not employ, vet, certify, or supervise other users.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Blayer (v0.1 is adults-only) and provide accurate profile information. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Climbing is inherently dangerous. You climb at your own risk. Blayer's v0.1 trust model is self-declared profiles plus post-session partner ratings, a flag-for-unsafe-behavior button, and the ability to block and report other users — there is no verification of belayer skill, certification, or identity. You are solely responsible for assessing any partner's competence and for your own safety before and during a session.
Be truthful in your profile. Don't harass, endanger, impersonate, or abuse other users. Don't use the app for anything unlawful. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or that are flagged, blocked, or reported for unsafe behavior.
You keep ownership of what you post (profile, photos, messages, ratings). You grant us the license needed to operate the service (store and display your content to relevant users). You're responsible for content you submit.
You can delete your account and associated data from inside the app at any time.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or disputes arising from climbing sessions or from interactions arranged through Blayer, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us (which, for v0.1, is nothing).
We may update these terms; we'll notify you of material changes. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
